1. Free & Paid Plans To create and manage events, users require a paid subscription. Paid plans provide access for a fixed billing period 2. Refunds Unless required by law: Subscription fees are non-refundable We do not offer refunds for unused time, missed events, or dissatisfaction after use Why? Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon purchase. 3. Exceptions We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in cases of: Duplicate charges Billing errors Technical failures that prevent meaningful use of the Service Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. 4.
